Job Description: Mixing, preparing and shaping sourdoughs plus small range of yeasted bread. Shared responsibility for production and baking schedule. Baking and dispatching finished products. Some cakes and pastries also made on site Training given to right candidate but experience preferred. Cheerful positive attitude a must and a liking for early mornings. Usual start time 5.30am. Stock-taking and ordering, cleaning and all mundane tasks are part of the routine.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: 8 hours daily, full time post over 7 day week

Personal Qualities: Good people and communication skills vital. Mature, practical outlook and willingness to work as part of a team. Flexible approach to working week. Sense of humour and passion to make the best bread in Exeter.

Experience in working bakery helpful but not essential. Good people and communication skills vital. Mature, practical outlook and willingness to work as part of a team. Eligible to work in UK.
