Remuneration: £8.21 an hour (we have a flat wage structure – everyone at Leeds Bread Co-op gets paid the same hourly rate), plus generous holiday entitlement.

Job Description: We are currently recruiting for more bread bakers to join our thriving workers co-op. We are looking for someone who is ready and available to start training as soon as possible.

The main tasks of the role will be to plan and bake bread, and other bakery products, for wholesale and subscription orders, as well as for sale from our regular farmers market and event stalls. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with the development of new products.

Experience of baking or working in a commercial kitchen is preferred, but not essential. You should also have an interest in working towards membership of the co-op.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: Up to full time working hours / can be flexible
