Job Description: The importance of your role: To make exceptional breads and cakes in our award winning bakery. We are looking to take on an additional baker who has experience in hand moulding bread and baking from scratch recipes. The position allows for baking creativity and innovative new ideas. In addition to the breads produced, the bakery also makes exceptional cakes and patisserie and has both a Farm Shop and Tea Room where excellent customer service is at the heart of the business.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours

Personal Qualities: Our Ideal Candidate will be: Passionate about producing wonderful quality baked goods. Able to take an active role in promoting the brand and the products - with great enthusiasm and communication skills. Able to cope with a fast moving environment calmly and efficiently. Have a professional tidy appearance. Have the ability to speak confidently to customers and co workers. Willing to take initiative and give 110% Able to understand and achieve sales & production targets. Implement our 10 Points of Culture.

Fluency in English essential. Education – College trained or apprenticeship , second language an advantage. Hours: Approx 40 per week or part time available. Competitive rates of pay dependant on experience. Ability to get to Old Harlow either by public transport or car.
