Job Description: We’re looking for a talented and passionate baker to join our little bakery in Hereford.
You will be involved in our production of breads, pastries, sweet and savoury treats. Full training will be provided and over time you will be expected to work independently preparing and baking a range of products.

You know it’s hard work, you know the hours are pretty unsociable, but if you get excited about a bubbling sourdough starter, love the feel of soft supple bread dough in your hands and dream about layer over layer of a perfectly laminated croissant…we need to hear from you!

Our bakery is a tiny open kitchen/retail space. Customers can see *everything* and you will be expected to chat to customers and also work at the till selling when necessary.

We are an accredited living wage employer

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: min. 30 hours per week, including weekends

Personal Qualities:

Experience and/or qualifications as an artisan baker, pastry chef or chef is a BIG advantage.
We are looking for passion, hard work, and willingness to learn.
