Description:
Due to increased brand visibility and demand we are now expanding our bread-making capacity and are looking for talented individuals to play a key role in our achievements in the future.
We are looking for a talented baker with the ability to produce handcrafted bread to our exacting standards using traditional baking techniques.
As an experienced baker with a passion for quality, an eye for detail and the stamina for night work, you will you play an integral role in our baking team.
Your job will include hand moulding, oven work, weighing up and using a pastry break to produce our full range of sourdough, long fermentation and organic ranges of breads and pastries.
Contract
- Permanent
- The position requires five nights a week, working with our motivated team. On-going training is provided.
- Level 2 food hygiene certificate and knowledge of Salsa/BRC standards would be a distinct advantage
Personal Qualities
- We are looking for a highly motivated baker that can work well within our team.
Remuneration
