Job Description: We bake a range of long fermented sourdough breads, viennoiserie and bread and pastry related products mainly for our shop (we also have some wholesale customers). We also make sourdough pizza every Saturday night. A great opportunity for a baker with some experience who would like to work alongside a small team ensuring the continuation of quality and standards, stock control and production planning and developing new products.
Expected Hours: 45-50 hours a week depending on seasonality.
Personal Qualities: A passion for good food and bread, trustworthy, team player.
