Job Description: To work within a small team and to be able to cover all of the bread making process from mixing to baking. The work can be physically demanding and the shifts cover evenings and weekends.

Expected Hours: 40 hours

Personal Qualities: We are looking for somebody who really cares about the product and is passionate about baking in the traditional way using quality ingredients.

No formal qualifications are necessary and although bakery experience would be useful, it is not essential. Training will be given.
