Job Description: We are currently looking to hire our Head baker who has extensive experience in Artisan bread baking and Greek and American pastries/desserts. Bakers seeking to join our team will be involved in all phases of bread and pastry production (scaling, mixing, shaping, baking) as well as developing the seasonal and evolving dessert menu consisting of Greek pastries using filo dough, cookies, pies/cakes, and any new product development. You should be organized, efficient, consistent, detail oriented and reliable. We need passionate bakers who will be dedicated to helping our bakery grow and work with us to build an unprecedented reputation in this small big city. This is a rare opportunity for experienced or even young baking professionals to step into a lead role at the most talked about and anticipated bakery and restaurant opening in Tampa right now.
