Summary: We mill our own flour, we use traditional overnight fermentation to make delicious bread and cake from unusual grains like quinoa, rice and even legumes. We are 100% organic and gluten-free. Unlike other gluten-free bakeries we use no additives or gums. We have invented our own natural leaven and most of our breads are without added yeast. Friendly experienced small team. Job Description: Early start (2.30)- early finish (12.00) - 4 days @ 10h Mo-Th plus the occasional half shift on Sunday. You will be part of a team of three bakers. You need to have some experience with dough making. You will be milling flour and working with detailed recipes. You will have to be able to get to the bakery for a 2.30 am start and you will ideally be able to carry 25kg sacks of grain. We are looking for an enthusiastic member to our team as we are passionate about what we do.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: 40

Personal Qualities: Interested in a long term position with an interest in our products.

Experienced Baker or someone with experience of working in a professional food environment and a love of natural organic baking.
