Job Description: We are looking for a experienced artisan baker who can work alongside and manage a small team on the bread and viennoiserie section and oversee the running of a small bakery team (pastry and lunchtime chef) being responsible for quality, stock control, production schedules and new product development. We do not night bake but there are early starts and weekend work.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: full time

Personal Qualities: Able to manage a team, understand production schedules and planning. Lots of energy!
