Summary: We are looking for an experienced baker to work in our growing team at our new production bakery in Frome. You will have the opportunity to work with fresh local flours as part of an emerging network of farmers and millers in the South West, working towards a local grain economy.
Our bakery has a focus on flavour and nutrition, rather than white bread and heavily refined ingredients.

No experience necessary, but a passion and enthusiasm for bread making is required. Full training will be given. You will learn the art of making sourdough breads, laminated pastries, buns, cakes and biscuits using whole ingredients.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: Part time 16-30hrs p/w
