Summary: We’ve been running a bread programme for the restaurant for 1 year now and are looking to improve and extend our current offering. The role will focus on making sourdough and yeasted breads daily, but also includes production of viennoiserie and pastry when appropriate. Job Description: As the Baker you will ensure you run and maintain levels on the bakery section within The Fat Duck kitchen, as well as ensuring hygiene levels and stock controls are maintained.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: Approx 60 per week
