Job Description: We're growing and looking for a talented baker to join our team. Baker (30-40 hours a week) - A bread lover who is focussed and dedicated. Ultimately we're hoping to find someone help us grow and grow with us.

This is what you need to have:

-Professional experience (at least 1 year) baking a range of breads, especially wild yeast/sourdough.

- Extensive knowledge of all bread making processes; ingredients, mother culture, preferment, mixing, fermentation, shaping, proving, baking.

-An eye for detail and consistency.

Any of these would be a bonus:

- Viennoisierie/Pastry/Cake baking experience

-Drivers licence

-Local to E3 area.
