Baker for Hedone, Chiswick


Artisan bakery supplying sour dough breads and viennoiseries to shops in West London and Michelin starred and other restaurants in London.

 

Description:

To assist head baker with preparation and production of breads and viennoiserie.

 

Contract

  • Permanent, 45 hours per week

Qualifications Required   


  • A previous catering background is essential.
  • A previous catering background is essential.
  • Ideally, have some experience of a range of sourdoughs and long fermentation breads
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and preferably experience with viennoiserie.
  • Knowledge of/experience of working with artisanal food
  • Organisation and time management skills.
