Job Description: As we are a small team, you will be involved in all aspects: mixing; shaping;baking. There will be lots of opportunities to develop your own ideas in the future.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: Approx 36-40 hours over several days, including Saturdays.

Personal Qualities: The job can be physically demanding and requires long periods of standing. Good team working skills are also required. We are looking for someone who is passionate about real bread and good food.

Experience of working with artisan bread would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
