Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate bread baker who shares our commitment to producing the very best bread from scratch, and who enjoys working in a small and busy team. Experience of sourdough is essential.

The successful candidate will work with the baking team to produce yeasted dough products (e.g. British & Continental style breads, sourdough, sweet dough) to the required high standard.
