Nutley Hall is a community of over 80 staff and residents, 33 of whom are adults with learning disabilities. A long-established, independent charity working out of the impulses of Rudolf Steiner, we have 6 households and several craft workshops.

Job Description: We are looking for a Bakery Workshop Leader to oversee and guide the bakery at Nutley Hall, enabling our residents with learning-disabilities to co-produce high quality breads, cakes, biscuits and breakfast cereals for our community and for several local outlets. You will also liaise with house coordinators and other workshop leaders to develop programmes for residents that meet care plan objectives.
Expected Hours: Full time, Sociable, Monday to Friday
Personal Qualities: Good interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
Knowledge & experience of baking and of working with people with learning disabilities would be an advantage.
