Basic through to Italian breads, Sourdough, Panettone, Stollen and Kanellangd. Also bread to impress (for supper clubs, dinner parties etc). Our courses Courses are held in our large kitchen in Barkway near Royston using standard domestic equipment. Lunch is provided together with coffee on arrival and afternoon tea before departure with home mdae biscuits and cake, wine, beer etc. Classes are from 10am to 4pm. Participants get plenty of opportunity for hands on experience and go home with all the breads they have made. Age range: 8-80.
