Lucie Steel runs Birch Cottage Bread from a shipping container in her garden in rural West Berkshire. Lucie has been baking since she was a young girl in her mothers kitchen on the hill sheep farm she grew up on and is now a fully fledged Bread Angel. Courses include Basic Breads, Italian Breads and Sourdough. Bespoke classes for groups of four people can also be arranged. Courses are hands on and you will get sticky and floury! So, come prepared to have fun, learn lots and go home armed with all the skills you need to continue baking real bread in your very own kitchen. All courses include a lovely two course lunch and you have all your freshly baked breads together with full course notes and recipes to take home too.
