    We run a rolling programme of 4 hour and 6 hour artisan bread making classes at 3 venues around the Manchester area. The 6 hour course, covers everything from the science to the history & the politics, via the skills and the recipes. Learn about the way gluten works, yeast fermentation and reproduction, autolysis, kneading, proving and shaping, and all about the baker’s ‘kit’.
