  • Denver Mill

    Held at the last commercially working windmill in Norfolk, our courses start from £20 (for beginners) and take place in our cosy Miller's Barn facility. These useful day courses are an excellent introduction to baking bread by hand from Beginner through Sourdough, Spelt and seasonal specialities.     Held at the Acton Scott Historic Working Farm, this course is run by a master baker and covers basic breadmaking including how to mix, knead, ferment and bake dough.
