    Located in St Johns Wood, North London, THE BAKING LAB is the base for all Bake with Maria classes and events and offers a unique program of baking courses and cooking experiences.   • Denver Mill

    Held at the last commercially working windmill in Norfolk, our courses start from £20 (for beginners) and take place in our cosy Miller's Barn facility. These useful day courses are an excellent introduction to baking bread by hand from Beginner through Sourdough, Spelt and seasonal specialities. Courses include some basic science to help you understand the process and you get to take your bread home!

    Hugh and the River Cottage Team have a 65 acre organic farm near Axminster in Devon.     Held at the Acton Scott Historic Working Farm, this course is run by a master baker and covers basic breadmaking including how to mix, knead, ferment and bake dough.
