Deerstones Bakery is a micro bakery, set up in April 2014 in bonny Colne, based amidst the beauty of Pendle Hill in Lancashire. Making handcrafted bread and pastries, many crafted from our sourdough starter called ‘Betty’.
We offer a range of enjoyable workshops, providing you with the skills and confidence to bake a range of breads at home. From Introductory bread baking for beginners to more advanced sourdough courses, also Easter breads and Christmas bread baking courses and many others.

You will make a range of artisan breads, using organic flour. Take home: Breads baked on course & course notes

Lunch & refreshments all included. Places limited to 4 per workshop to allow personal tuition. All courses run from 10am until 3pm
