Summary: A small friendly team of highly skilled bakers - top quality equipment and the lovely seaside town of Whitstable await you! We mill our own flour and use overnight fermentation - real bread, just without the gluten. We do things naturally. We don't use gums or additives. We are a 5 star hygiene rated - non-smoking and scent-free bakery. We sell direct to consumers and to retailers as well as some export. We have been making organic bread of the highest quality for nearly 20 years. We are getting busier and busier and need some help - come and join us for the summer only (by the sea) or full time.

Job Description: We bake on four days a week (Mo-Th) for 10 hours and share a short Sunday shift on rotation. The early shifts starts 2am - the next shift 4am. You must have your own transport as we are on a business park.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: 40 hours+ per week

Personal Qualities: Good team player, able to communicate in English or Polish, non-smoker, able to lift 25kg sacks of grain.

Dough mixing and hand moulding as well as oven skills required.
