Job Description: We are looking for an experienced baker to join our small team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years baking experience in a commercial bakery and be very comfortable working with sourdough and using long fermentation methods. You'll be happy to work as part of a team and also on your own.

We bake everything from scratch and have an excellent reputation for the quality of our products; we need someone with enthusiasm for our products and who is eager to contribute ideas.

The position offered is for 40 hours per week over 4/5 afternoons/nights, with possible overtime We offer a salary of £25 - 30K depending on experience, with bonuses and profit share options in the future.

Previous experience managing all aspects of a bakery is essential Sourdough and long-fermentation experience Hand-shaping experience Team management experience Ability to work alone and as part of a team
