We’ve been providing the good folk of Sheffield and beyond with fresh bread and pastries, 6 days a week since November 2012. We’re now super-psyched to be able to open our doors and get others as exciting about baking as we are.
Choose from courses in sourdough and French baking or introduction to bread making days. We want you to leave us with a good understanding of the basic principles of bread making and with new skills to take home so you can continue to experiment, carry on learning and create your own recipes.
Come and bake with us in our open shop and bakery. We’ll have a breakfast pastry and lunch
together and of course you’ll take home everything you’ve made on the day. All courses are 7 hours long and run on Sundays.
