Summary: We are looking for an experienced baker to work in our growing team at our new production bakery in Frome.
You will have the opportunity to work with fresh local flours as part of an emerging network of farmers and millers in the South West, working towards a local grain economy.
Our bakery has a focus on flavour and nutrition, rather than white bread and heavily refined ingredients.

Applicant must have experience with sourdough breads, plus having worked with Viennoiserie would be beneficial, but training can be provided.
Expected Hours: Full time 45hrs p/w
Good sourdough baking experience essential.
