Hart's Bakery is a small artisan bakery in Bristol specialising in sourdough, slow proved breads and viennoiserie. Owned and run by Laura Hart we produce small quantities of bread and pastry using organic flour and French butter. We are open daily from the bakery where our customers can see everything being made by hand and buy straight out of the oven.

Our Bread & Breakfast workshops start on a Saturday evening with making sourdough, croissants and a chocolate tart from scratch. We also make some pizza for supper which we have with a glass of wine near the end of the evening. Students return on the Sunday morning with a friend when we bake our breads and pastries and sit down to enjoy a proper bakers breakfast - croissants, sourdough toast & preserves, newspapers, coffee etc. You will leave with a loaf of sourdough, a whole chocolate tart, lots of pastries, a tub of our soudough starter and a recipe booklet so you can recreate what you've learnt at home.
