Brioche, baguettes, bagels – it’s time to rise to the challenge with Lurpak Bake Club! We’re pleased to be hosting the June Lurpak Bake Club Challenge and this month it is all about bread. With a helping hand from the talented Angus McCaig, head chef at The Holt, Honiton, we’ve crafted an authentic brioche baguette recipe to try out.

Brioche is a versatile bread, which can be made into many shapes and provides a good base for additional flavours. Our Bake Club recipe also doubles to make delicious doughnuts.
