I love making bread, its such an amazing process and it tastes so good. To share our joy of baking we run regular monthly or bespoke workshops. The workshops are very relaxed and assume absolutely no knowledge of baking at all. We make three different breads over a day (10am til 3pm) and enjoy a home made two course lunch together. The workshops take place in a large country kitchen and when the dough is rising you can wander the grounds and visit the chickens or simply take in the view. Each workshop has a different theme or combination of breads so please ask for the latest programme to see what would suit you best. At the end of the workshop you will go home with bags of your own bread, the recipes and confidence to keep on baking!
My courses are run in Cheddon Fitzpaine, in a lovely relaxed country kitchen. 10am to 3pm. ù45
