Bread Baking Classes with 'Nakedbread' in the Dordogne
Learn how to make and bake delicious handmade breads here in the Dordogne. As Nakedbread I am referring to the non-inclusion of manmade additives or preservatives such as you might find in supermarket breads.
With over 25 years experience as a chef and bread baker and 12 years of teaching experience. Having moved to the Dordogne I am eager relocate my small personal bread baking classes also. I have a comfortable functional kitchen that can accommodate up to 4 adults in a class, located along the D100 towards St.Paul Lizonne, near Riberac.
You will make and bake 4 breads throughout a 4 1/2  hour day beginning at 10:30 and finishing around 15:00. A light lunch with fresh baked bread, cheese, chutneys and drinks will be provided; along with recipes all ingredients and equipment. All you need to bring is an apron, wear sensible shoes and a smile, plus a box to take home your breads in.  
The cost is 50 Euros per person per class.
Individually tailored classes in the comfort of your own kitchen, or at my kitchen, can discussed to meet your personal requirements too. We can arrange accommodation in a local gite too if you would like.
