    Proper bread should be made from just flour, water, yeast and salt - and nothing else! Our bread-making courses follow this ethos using locally-milled stone ground flours and often with sourdough starters to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread. They take place in our Workshop facility and are relaxed, informative and fun. By the end of day you'll have produced a number of delicious breads and anything you don't eat can be taken away together with recipe cards for your own bread making at home.
