Set beside the River Otter in one of Devon's loveliest valleys and just a mile from East Devon's world heritage Jurassic Coast, Otterton Mill is truly a haven.  

Learn the timeless principles of traditional bread making from our Head Baker, Roy. These practical sessions take place in small groups (maximum of six) within our bakery. You’ll learn the secrets of making the perfect loaf by hand and take home 4 loafs, 2 white and 2 wholemeal. The classes are suited for any ability and are informative and fun. Course pack includes our recipe card, scraper and moulding technique.
