    At the Red Dog Bakery we teach our bread making in the family kitchen so that you will feel comfortable. A relaxed practical approach to bread making is designed to allow you to have an enjoyable experience and one which we think will maximise your learning. You will make three different doughs and loaves of your choosing, plus an enriched dough, so you will leave with your own box of bread and lots of knowledge.
