Job Description: We are looking for a part time pastry chef to work a minimum of 16hrs per week over 2 days. Highly likely that this will be increased to full time by the latter part of the year. Job will require you to laminate yeasted croissant dough using a dough sheeter & shape a variety of pastries. In addition prepare fillings as needed such as Creme de Almande, Creme patisserie etc.. Experience preferred.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: 8-4 Mon&Tues/Tues&Wednesday

Personal Qualities: Reliable Passionate Acurate Attention to detail Able to work in the UK
