Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: • Weighing Out Ingredients • Mixing Doughs • Hand Moulding • Laminating Doughs • Oven Work • Pastry • Frying Doughnuts • Sourdough Culture • Packing • Interacting with Customers (Open Kitchen) • Cleaning • Deep Cleaning • Keeping Temp Logs & HACCP • Product Development • Personal Development as a Baker. (Research in your spare time to further your career) • Training Trainee Bakers

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: 45

Personal Qualities: The ideal candidate will have the following: • Be presentable at all time. Open Kitchen. • Good Customer Skills • Good Organisational Skills • Good Maths skills and understanding of % and fractions • Be a team player • Be able to work on your own initiative • Have a can do attitude • Be punctual • Hard-working • Willingness to learn and develop • Have pride in your work • Physical fit to carry 25kg sacks of flour and move up to 4 tonnes a week.
