Rugby Real Bread


This course is run by Paul Raddan of Rugby Real Bread. We are a Micro Bakery producing small batches of fine baked goods with care and attention. We place an emphasis on using good quality natural ingredients from as local a source as possible and from other small businesses.

We are firm believers in 'Real Bread' and avid supporters of the 'Real Bread Campaign'. We are keen to spread the word and encourage the baking of 'Real Bread' by as many people as possible.

Our Bread Course runs every Monday evening 7-9pm for a term of circa 11 weeks and no prior experience is required. Each week we will concentrate on a different type of dough from baguette to sourdough and develop the skills and knowledge you require to become a competent home baker.
