As well as bread making techniques, each one covers the role of each of the ingredients, and how to use a home oven to bake a perfect loaf. Learn to make pizza, pitta and a sandwich loaf in the Bread Basics & Beyond class, or focaccia, pizza, baguettes and multigrain bread in the Artisanal Breads class.
