I run wild yeast sourdough bread making classes for a maximum of six participants per course, giving you lots of individual attention. Over the course of a morning we will go through each stage of the sourdough baking process, including how to make, maintain and store a sourdough starter. You will learn different kneading and shaping techniques and I will teach you a method that gives you fresh bread all week with only minimal preparation once a week. I will show you how you can manage to make real, sourdough bread even if you lead a busy life. While the loaf you have made is cooling, we will make and bake delicious sourdough pizzas. You will take home a couple of my sourdough starters, a proving basket, your baked loaf and a life skill you will treasure forever.
