Hand-made in Devon by Fresh Flour, organic wheat Capellini is a fine wheat noodle, amazing with spicy soups and Pho's. Brilliant with seafood as a fine spaghetti. With more bite and flavour than an ordinary pasta, Capellini from ancient and heritage wheat grown in Devon with no chemicals or pesticides is both nutritious and fair to the farmers that grow it.

Note that heritage pasta is fast cooking - 1-2 minutes only.
