Hand-made in Devon by Fresh Flour, organic wheat Casarecce is a versatile pasta ideal in many sauces. With more bite and flavour than an ordinary pasta, Casarecce from ancient and heritage wheat grown in Devon with no chemicals or pesticides is both nutritious and fair to the farmers that grow it.

Note that ancient wheat pasta is fast cooking - 4-6 minutes only.
