Pure Spanish selected saffron, grown in Albacete, where Spain's best saffron is produced. The Crocus Sativus bulb is planted in the summer and the stigmas picked in the autumn before being dried and toasted to make saffron. Available in a single 1g box or pack of 6. Each gram has approximately 250 hand-picked stamens.
