Sunmix Top-Line mixers, exclusively distributed by BakeryBits in UK, are available from 30 to 60kg dough capacity and are perfect micro bakeries looking for a straight-forward, top-controlled mixer. The spiral action with calibrated breaker bar makes it ideal for mixing sourdough in larger quantities.

Made in Italy, range of Sunmix Top-Line spiral mixers for artisan bakers have a models in the range 30kg to 60kg. The smallest in this range has a capacity for 30kg dough with machine from Sunmix available between 6kg to well over 250kg.
The Top-Line mixers are available in several colours as standard (optionally, any other colour - the colour in the photos is Blue RAL 5002) and all are available for standard domestic power supplies or 3-phase for commercial premises. All models have a timer as standard and they have adjustable feet. All models have variable speed.
Choose your options including the dough capacity, colour and power supply. The Sunmix mixers are made to order so allow up to 25 days for delivery to you (delivery is included for UK and Ireland).
