£23.48 £19.57

Our 5 litre mixing bowl made from 18/10 Swedish stainless steel. Beautifully made with a flat bottom for stability, finger-width flanged lip, they are easy to handle and easy to clean. The gradual taper means that they can easily be used on a pan as a bain marie.

18/10 stainless steel means that it contains 18% chromium and 10% nickel, which is top quality of stainless steel cutlery and utensils, being very strong, resistant to corrosion and difficult to deform, even rolled to bowl thicknesses. 18/10 is "austenitic" which means that it is not (very) magnetic due to the high proportion of nickel.

The 5 litre bowl measures diameter 295mm by 135mm high and fits nicely in the Brød & Taylor Folding Proofer.
