Candied Citron 5kg

Candied Citron is a classic baking ingredient, made from citron candied with sugar and cut into neat 6x6mm cubes. It brings sweetness, texture and a distinctive citrus note to cakes, biscuits, panettone, pastries, breads and desserts.

The small cubes are especially useful where you want the fruit to distribute evenly through the mixture rather than sitting in larger chunks. They are well suited to fruit cakes, enriched doughs, buns, panettone and other bakes where a bright citrus note helps balance richer flavours.

How to use
Use in cakes, biscuits, panettone, pastries, breads and desserts. The 6x6mm cubes are ready to use and suited to regular bakery production.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Best before: 8 months from production date. If the pack is not fully used, close carefully and store appropriately.

The 5kg box is aimed at bakeries and regular production use, giving you the same candied citron in a larger format for frequent baking and batch preparation.
