The Victoria Cast-Iron Tortilla & Taco Press, 16.5cm is a sturdy, compact press for shaping small tortillas and other flatbreads before cooking. Use it for corn tortillas made with masa harina, wheat flour tortillas, street tacos, arepas, roti, empanadas and similar doughs.
The cast-iron construction gives the press reassuring weight, helping flatten dough evenly with less effort than rolling by hand. The curved handle is comfortable to use, while the reinforced base and engineered plates are designed for strength and reliable pressing.
The press is pre-seasoned with flaxseed oil and is PTFE and PFOA free. For best results, press the dough between two sheets of baking paper or food-safe liner to prevent sticking and keep the plates clean.
