Cotswold Gold Rapeseed Oil is a British extra virgin cold pressed oil made from crops grown on a family farm in the Cotswolds. Grown, harvested, pressed and bottled on the farm, it offers a clean, light and versatile oil for everyday cooking and baking.

Its light, nutty flavour makes it useful across a wide range of kitchen tasks, from salad dressings and marinades to mayonnaise, baking, roasting, stir-frying, shallow frying and deep frying. With a flash point of 240C, it is especially handy where you need an oil that performs well at higher temperatures.
