Dried Malt Extract (DME) Spraymalt Dark is a spray dried barley malt extract powder made by hot water extraction of malted barley, followed by filtration, vacuum evaporation and spray drying. It gives a deeper malt flavour and more colour than lighter malt extracts, making it useful where you want a fuller, richer result.
