Dried Malt Extract (DME) Spraymalt Extra Dark is a spray dried barley malt extract powder made by hot water extraction of malted barley, followed by filtration, vacuum evaporation and spray drying. It is designed to give a more intense malt flavour and deeper colour than standard dark malt extract.
