A light-fruit blend made for versatility
Olio Angelino’s Multivarietale is a blend designed to stay fruity but gentle. They combine Peranzana (naturally milder and sweeter) with Coratina to create a lighter-fruited extra virgin that suits dishes where you want olive oil quality without a peppery takeover.
Meticulous production - freshness protected
After harvest, the olives are taken to the mill promptly and the oil is cold extracted within 8 hours to help avoid oxidation and keep flavour and nutritional quality intact. The oil is also filtered to remove impurities and improve stability over time.
