Our last working day this year is 23rd December and we'll then be closed until 2nd January 2025. We'll be eating too much panettone to be answering the phone, tickets or sending parcels which will all be looked at upon our return.

Next Day DPD

For UK mainland destinations (not Highland & Islands), DPD has a next day service. To receive your order by 23rd December, be sure to place your order choosing NEXT DAY delivery by 12pm on Monday 23rd December. (DPD delivers on 24th December but to avoid disappointment it would be better to get your order in sooner).

 

Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD)

The last day for standard delivery orders to arrive in time for Christmas should be placed by Wednesday, 18 December. We will still dispatch orders after this date and they may well arrive before Christmas but this is not guaranteed.

 

Overseas delivery

DHL: this is the most trackable and fastest service, usually 3 working days but to allow for delays, please place your order by Wednesday 18 December.

Royal Mail: state postal services should take around 5 working days but can take longer. We can't guarantee delivery with Royal Mail so would advise ordering as soon as possible, no later than 12 December.

EVRi: slower than DHL, please make sure your orders are placed by 12 December.
