During the break we won’t be answering the phone and will only have a skeleton team to dispatch Next Day and business orders on 29–30 December. Everything else will be picked up when we return on 5 January.
Last posting dates - Christmas 2025
UK Mainland - Next Day (DPD)
Order by with Next Day selected to receive by Wednesday 24 December (UK mainland only - excludes Highlands & Islands). DPD does deliver on 24 December, though earlier orders are safer.
UK Standard (Royal Mail or DPD)
For the best chance of pre-Christmas delivery, place orders by Thursday 18 December. We’ll still dispatch after this date and they may arrive in time but it isn’t guaranteed.
Overseas (UPS)
UPS is our fastest, most trackable service. It’s usually about 3 working days but please allow for seasonal delays. To be safe, place orders by Thursday 18 December.
Notes: Weather, carrier traffic and remote locations can affect delivery times. Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses typically require longer. Cut-offs are UK time.
